Still featuring the very best of the original Moruya Jazz Festival, Granite Town aims to take it up a notch, broaden the appeal and introduce a few new and exciting events.

Great jazz artists in all kinds of styles will funk it up, playing virtually non-stop for the whole weekend - 5 official venues around town will be buzzing, including the big Stretch Tent, 'The Hub' at Riverside Park - In addition to our headline acts, local and regional bands can Apply to Play and rub shoulders with some of Australia's best - Riverlights, a parade of floating, artist designed, community constructed lanterns on the Moruya River, will bewitch and dazzle kids and adults alike at the opening free concert - Our region's best gourmet food and drink will satisfy the palate at Eat Street, the pop-up dining district on Friday and Saturday evenings along the river - Book a seat and be ferried out along the river to the  SandBar Brunch right on the sand bar at low tide - Join in the fun of the Street Parade, with marching bands, School Bands, vintage cars and more on Saturday morning and enjoy the Free Concert afterwards - Campers and Glampers: come and pitch a tent at the Show Grounds and walk to (and home afterwards!) all the festival events - With  the long-time favourite Festival of Voice for your inner (or outer!) vocalist, grooving with the Jazz Gospel Service on Sunday morning, the family friendly, Sunday Family FunDay at Riverside Park and a Late Night Jam on Friday and Saturday nights, open for all musicians to participate in and all patrons to kick back to..... ...it will be a Festival to remember!

Katie Noonan

Katie Noonan’s technical mastery and pure voice makes her one of Australia’s most versatile and beloved vocalists. A mother, singer, producer, songwriter, pianist and business woman, this 4 x ARIA  Award winning and 6 x platinum selling songstress will wow Granite Town audiences when she appears in October.

Thirsty Merc

THIRSTY MERC are one of Australia’s finest live acts and their songs have become part of the fabric of Australia’s music DNA! This year, Thirsty Merc mark a 10-year milestone since the release of their self-titled double platinum debut LP with the announcement of their Acoustic Anniversary Album and national tour.

Emma Pask

The greatest gift to Australian Jazz Vocals in the last decade is how James Morrison, Australia’s most awarded jazzman, describes Emma Pask. Reminiscent of the classic era of jazz, when swing was top of the charts, Emma's unique voice and style will resonate with Granite Town's audiences.

Mama Kin

As mischievous as she is charming, Fremantle’s Mama Kin is part raconteur and all-out entertainer. With a widespread reputation for her unique blend of foot-stomping soul, heart-wrenching ballads and stirring live shows, Mama Kin is back with a swag of new songs and a shift in sonic direction.
